- The monograph analyzes the cases of U.S.–Russian cooperation on nonproliferation and arms control matters and draws the relevant lessons for the future. Notwithstanding all their bilateral differences, Moscow and Washington managed to preserve cooperation on these matters in the past. The monograph covers a significant range of U.S.–Russian interaction on nonproliferation matters, from NPT review process matters to arms control and peaceful uses of nuclear energy. The book has been prepared in coordination between Russian and American scholars and experts and is a result of a series of Track 2.5 events devoted to restoring nonproliferation cooperation between Russia and the United States.
